Last time I spoke with management, which was maybe a month ago they said that they were showing Jim the design so he could give his yes or no.  Haven't heard anything since then.  I figured that with the tour starting and all of the other things he's got on his plate, he may not have had time or he has made a decision and management is just as busy to get back to me at the moment.  I'll probably email them again soon and hopefully will get a solid answer either way.

I made a handful (by hand with iron-on transfer sheets) after NYE Fillmore and did not profit one bit.

Thanks to MissBananaBear for digging this thread up...  So the shirt has been printed and looks like can only be bought now at http://www.jimjames.com/ as part of the Limited package.  Thanks to all for the support when this first came up - very exciting to wake up and find that it has actually been used!
