Ha!  I was just logging back in to respond to subi.  I have no confirmation of this nor any knowledge of an official announcement.  I figured I should put it up in case people wanted to tentatively schedul e.  My apologies for the vague post hastily put up in my excitement.  With the Philly Mann date, it sure makes sense.

EDIT: relatively confident

Apparently it was mentioned on WRNR this morning as well.

OH shit (run!).    Here we go again.

Won't be any money left over for holiday presents this year because the summer concert thing is gonna blow through the budget.

My piggie bank just stopped squealing from last year!  ;)

Summer shows are definitely going to blow up the concert budget again, and we haven't even mentioned any fall shows yet. ;D

I'M FUCKING IN. I love that place.
The wind blew me back, via Chicago, in the middle of the night.

I'd love for this to happen as well, but would prefer the Philly and DC shows to be spaced out by 10 days or so as they have been in 2010 and 2011.

Easier for me at least to justify hitting both when they aren't right next to each other.

I will take any excuse I can find to rationalize my MMJ-related behavior.
My heart can't wait to meet you on the other side.

I agree and can relate to that.  But if I can think of a lot worse things than back to back MMJ shows.  I'm fired up for August!

For me - - Back to Back suits me fine - - - a good ol east coast road trip ? - yes please.

(with the assumption that set-lists are going to vary a little more than the last time around...)

Good point..... I bet the band will change it up knowing that many people will be going to both shows.  Here's hoping Ruckus has good sources..... I have a feeling he does.

Agree on the first part, but definitely not on the  2nd. MPP is not real high on my list of favorite venues.

There were a lot of people there last year that would have done better to have stayed home because it was obvious they had no interest in being there. That being said the show was great and it's always a highlight seeing you wonderful people!

I've seen some really good shows there, and had some good times too, but the venue itself  just doesn't do much for me. It always seems to me that the pit is way oversold, and unless you're right up front, the lawn isn't great either, imo.
