The best one out there, IMO, is the Ashes of American Flags DVD.  My fave lineup of the band when they were in racing form and inspired, with a horn section along for the ride.  Tweedy in his Nudie suit undoubtedly made the music better. Somewhere out there on the internet is the audio files for the same recordings, it was a free download when the DVD first came out.

Owl and Bear is a great archive, but you have to know what to look for and I do not.

Those "evening with" shows in 2008 and 2010, I think, when they were doing two sets and upwards of 30 songs a night, look really great, but I don't know of any specific ones that standout.
