Shouldn't you have a capo on the first fret?  It matches the recording better.

I modified it for you and all the other capo cops out there.  You're right, it matches the recording so I put it on there, but let me weigh in on all this capo talk.  If you play this song or any other without the capo or with the capo in another place, you're not playing the song wrong, you're playing it in a different key which is an acceptable thing to do to fit your own voice.  For example, on this song I have trouble hitting the last note of the song because it is too high for my singing voice.  So I play the song without a capo to make that note a half a step easier for me.  Some of the songs I put up here may have a capo in the original recording and I didn't say so and I'm sorry for those of you who are truly concerned.  But I suggest that you play around with keys and find what is in your register and play that instead of trying to match what Jim does all the time because few of us can do that with much success.

Yeah I feel the same way, and wasn't trying to be a "capo cop".  I just think for tabs we post here it should be in the same key as the recording.  That's just my opinion.  I agree, play it however you like and can sing though.

No, you're right.  I just wanted to get that off my chest.  There is a very good possibility that some of the other tabs I have posted may have a capo and I didn't say so in the tabs.  If anyone comes across one, let me know and I'll modify it.

You're right though, I played it last night without the capo and it is easier to sing.
