i have a pretty good balcony seat for the 28th if you interested.  i just want face value, 60.  btw, i'm not sure if you've been to the Capitol, but it's no problem to get onto the floor.  they don't even check those tickets.  they're more interested checking tickets upstairs by the seats.  If you have a balcony seat you can easily walk onto the floor, but it's harder to do the reverse.
