Holy crap this is amazing and has me so excited for these shows. I have been watching this video on repeat since last night.

It's hitting me hard as I am sitting in an airport getting ready to head back to my "old life" for a week to take care of my mom who will be recovering from a major surgery. This song in particular has hit me hard emotionally and has made me appreciate all the "stardust" that is around me in my new life I am living.

I have sent this video to a dozen or so of my friends I could never get into MMJ and they have all responded more or less with, "holy crap, I just witnessed something special, who is this guy?"

OMG, that was sooooo joyful I got choked up!  It is obvious all involved are nothing but thrilled to be there performing together.  AWESOME. 

And, to know how vulnerable and uncomfortable Jim feels with the camera in his face and he just killed it.  A real pro.

I made a mix for a friend of mine full of some of their easier to digest tunes, but I am pretty sure he hasn't even listened to it once.  He is hooked on Mumford and the Keys, so he has a long way to go.

Yeah, that New Life was pretty badass. It almost felt more like an SNL performance than just one of the late shows.

Psyched for tonight, hoping for State of the Art but not holding my breath. Just set the DVR now, didnt realize Local Natives were also performing on Fallon tonight! Fuck yes!!
