You are correct, I didnt think about the holidays. Patience is a virtue and all that jazz. The show just moved me alot.

Agree and I'm sorry that came out the wrong way - I have a huge amount of respect for tapers. I've just gotten really spoiled with the fast turnaround of all the other shows from this tour. I honestly don't care when it shows up - I just hope it does!

this is for the guy who said there was b&m'ing going on here....how old are we? this is my first post on this name cuz i cant remember my old account but im a die hard jacket fan. i brought a crew of 7 people with me to atl show....all of us had a great time...now we just wanna grab the show...no bitchin, no moaning.....if  your bud doesnt wanna put it up then thats great but to threaten us with your bs...thats different...and i doubt your buddy would just decide not to put it up because of the masses that want to hear this bad ass show....we are dying...i am dying....for the love of god...we arent bitching....we just want that hot, melt your face into the ground show known as the tabby nacky....sorry for the waist of space...but that dudes post just pissed me off...

Yeah... I'm pretty tired of all this teasing. Responsibility comes with taping a show, and part of that responsibility is sharing it with the community.

You guys have it all wrong... this mmj community is very kind, tell a taper in another scene that it's his/her responsibility to share with the communtiy will get you nothing but the tape shoved in a closet for eternity. You've got to understand that some tapers tape for their own benefit. Tons of people back in the days of the dead taped and only gave the shows to their close friends or no one at all. There were so many tapers then it didn't matter but bands like mmj don't have that huge taping community as of yet, therefore there will be shows that either don't get taped or don't share their tapes. That's just the way it is.

There's also a thing in other circles called a "two week rule". No one discusses the existance of a tape (unless by the taper) until 2 weeks after the show. This is to give time to the taper for transfers and to just live their lives. These people have jobs too... With the digital age upon us, things have gotten faster and some folks get a tape up shortly after the show. This has spoiled people but by no means should it be their "responsibility" to put out a tape.
We still have to show courtesy... just because there are automatic doors at target, does that mean we shouldn't hold the door for a woman at a gas station?

If it was my tape and I read some of the things you guys said, I wouldn't release it either. Sorry, that's just the way it is. Do your homework.

i never said it was a responsiblity....im just saying that i think the things said here were mis-interpreted....and i held my tongue for two weeks....if the dude wants to sit on it....then he can sit on it...i am quite familiar with the "scence" so chill dude

The quote of responsibility wasn't direct at you, maybe you should chill. I never directed my comments at just one person.
That's great you waited two weeks, really, great!

there is certainly no responsibility to share anything, but to call out people and threaten to withhold for B&Ming is  slightly silly, I greatly appreciate everyone who has the ability to attend shows and get recordings and are decent enough to share with those less fortunate, i don't have the equipment to go and do, but i sure as hell have a shitload of shows that i have been lucky enough to procure from different sources, so i am especially grateful. i started this post b/c i saw just about every other show except the one i had attended and i would really like to have it as i have both other shows i have attended, if i offended anyone i apologize.

im chill...no hositlity here...and thank you for being proud of me. thats the nicest thing ive read all day.

I'll make it clear that there's not hostility on my end either, I's sometimes harsh when I type...
I'm sure that if the tape exists, it'll be out it due time.

Sorry about that. I just feel like I've been poked at with a stick with the whole "it'll be up soon" and "wait... it might be a while." I'm not a hostile person... just a little spoiled from DMB's tapers ;).

Then we don't need to bring up the location of the Atlanta 05 tape with Trey do we? If you know about that, I can see that you're a bit worried about an ATL show surfacing...
