Arguably one of the top 3 bands of the British invasion (Beatles, Stones, Kinks). Please, I think MMJ has the talent to pull off one of Ray Davies pieces of musical genius. I would love, love to see the boys kick out anything from one of the most ignored, most prolific bands in Rock & Roll history.
Muswell Hillbillies seems like a good place to start for a band from Kentucky.

Thoughts...?

P.S. Lola vs. Powerman and the Moneyground pt. 1 (the ISM of Kinks LP's) would be a good place to start too...

Them that don't know him won't like him and them that do, sometimes won't know how to take him

Concerns

Dead End Streets would be cool. Would love to hear a ripping Jim scream for those back up vocals on the chorus.

Since MMJ have proven they can cover The Who (one of the top FOUR British Invasion Bands), and difficult Who at that with "A Quick One, While He's Away", I'd like to see them strip it down and do the garage-mod near-masterpiece: Kink Kontroversy. "Milk Cow Blues", "Where Have All The Good Times Gone", "Till The End of The Day"...
