FIELD TRIP 2015 -- TORONTO

Really great night. A lot of great visual moments. The rain started to come down during "Victory Dance" and it looked like Jim was controlling it. It was real nice to hear the new songs live. Tropics and Spring were both fantastic.

Fabulous festival set and a great way to kick off MMJ season for me! The on-and-off rain did wonders to keep everyone but hardcores away. The crowd was really into it! The early "Mahgeetah" really set the balls-to-the-wall tone for the rest of the evening. All the Waterfall songs translate so well live!!

Best of all, the four Jacket virgins who were with me and my girlfriend were COMPLETELY SOLD! During "Lay Low" my friend grabbed me and yelled his confession -- I FINALLY GET IT!! They were so sold that right after the show, they demanded more MMJ! We hopped in a cab and hauled ass back to my apartment and listened to Red Rocks 2012 - Night Two until the wee hours of the morning.

Here's to a whole summer of more sweet, sweet MMJ action. God it feels good to be back!

So glad your friends finally got a chance to "understand" what we've known all this time. I have first timers going to Artpark next month, and I can't wait for their reactions. Pretty sure they think I'm half crazy/half full of it about this band. How pumped were you that your Law Low prediction came true too?! Solid festival set. We should get a much deeper one in Lewiston. I know I've said this elsewhere, but I don't know how anyone, new or old to the band, could pass up seeing them for $18.
