New to Roll Call and need some direction

So I just bought my deluxe Roll Call package and to be honest, i'm a bit confused. How does it all work? I'm trying to purchase tickets for the Georgia Theater show and just want to be prepared when it comes time for Roll Call members to make the early purchase. Any information will help!

Login to Roll Call, click on the tickets link to buy tix for the show you want when the link becomes active, and go from there.

Be prepared for some issues, and things not going smoothly, and you'll be fine. RC presales have not exactly been smooth sailing in the past.
