Problem at Pre-Sale checkout....

Had 2 Friday night ATL Fox row A and 2 Saturday pit row CCC......Went to checkout > pushed to Paypal for payment info > signed in > entered security code > and then nothing happened.  After waiting several minutes I refreshed and re-entered the security and it read "you have already sent this payment".  Meanwhile I have no order confirmation in my PayPal account or in my email.......Assuming I somehow got screwed here. 

Would Wonderful Union be the right folks to contact to get answers in this situation???

My question,

Do we have your assurance that these issues have been resolved for the roll call shows going forward?

I am planning to try buying for shows going on sale next week I would like some sort of acknowledgement that there was more to some of this than "browser errors" and that the issues are solved.

I'm "newer" to roll call and appalled at the way this has been handled and the overall reputation of Wonderful Union. To miss out on tickets is bad enough, I get that the allotment is limited, but to not be accessible (as outlined by many in the other topic) via phone and or e-mail and have charges against cards is just wrong and additional salt in the wounds.

Honestly, the right thing to do in my mind is as stated, admit to the issues and rather than crediting back, work with the bands management and Ticketmaster or whomever and find a way to make it right by getting them the tickets that were already charged to cards for the individuals.

Thank you for the response Allison, but I'm doubtful you can rectify my situation at this point. You read my post, so you know what happened.  I did call the WU help phone # after I had the problem, and the less than empathetic individual on the other end of the line told me there was nothing he could do.  As he put it, It was a browser or PayPal error, not a WU issue.
Unless you can present me with the opportunity to buy the tickets I had in my cart and attempted to purchase, then I will remain unsatisfied with my experience.

Same happened to me...four Row A tix (2 for each night of Fox shows). I even offered to give seat numbers and the WU rep told me there was nothing he could do.
God sure baked a lot of fruitcake, baby.

I see. I don't think that there is anything we can do about that but if I hear anything different, I'll let you both know right away.

Yes, Belgium is Monday the 16th, and Minneapolis the following Monday.

Correct, I'm in MPLS and hoping beyond hope not to run into the same issues that plagued the last presale.

Totally and absolutely unacceptable, I honestly don't understand how you can stay in business like this. Are you not doing dry runs in the background debugging? You cannot sit and say over and over that the issue is the customer, at some point there has to be an acknowledgment within "wonderful union" that the problem is internal NOT the customer.
