Name change for Ground Control Tickets - selling St Augustine

hi y'all -

I bought tickets to the St. Augustine show (reserved seating) and my dog just got diagnosed with cancer so opting to stay home with him instead of traveling.

Has anyone had luck changing names on tickets purchased through GroundCntrl?

If so, I've got 4 tickets to sell.

Sorry to hear about your Dog!   In the past I have never been able to.   Roll call sales are to try and cut down on scalpers.   Best of luck to you both
