Roll Call tickets - pick up at Will Call?

Are Roll Call tickets for shows to be picked up at Will Call?  I just want to make sure because I haven't received any e-tickets or tickets in the mail.  Thanks!

Typically, yes. On rare occasion they've been mailed.
