Obviously not on the Rolling Stone Top 50.  I may have been looking at their list from 1978 though, as it includes James Taylor, Bob Dylan, Darlene Love, Mark Knopfler, Don Henley, Boz Scaggs, and Keith Richards.  I'll double check.   Nope it was 2015.
