We're all updated on the front page, thanks Ger!

I think you're right about the planetarium show. It's not from your archive so maybe it needs a supplementary number for a new collection...

Well, just leave it in the list, but simply delete the MMMJLRA references ... You could even expand the list with everything else available on the LMA as soon as I skip a date when it is already available there ... What about that?

Again a great Low Dog recording!

Kory

Whoa! I missed this yesterday... all updated on the first page Ger.
For the planetarium, I'm just going with the MMMJLRAs1 (the "s" standing for supplement)

Thanks for the new show Ger, I had no idea George taped so many shows, thanks for digging them up and a big thanks to Low Dog for doing us the service of taping them.

I dare anyone to find a better group of music fans on the internets...

While I have fallen a little behind on the shows as of late, I must say that I truly appreciate you doing this.

My pleasure! And as long as no one pulls the plug on these shows being available at the LMA, you can take your time downloading them one by one ...  8-)

I know it has been a while since I posted another volume of my project. However, the next one has just been uploaded to the Live Music Archive site, but for days already they are experiencing quite some problems and I'm somehow unable to finish the upload and make it available to you all. As soon as the problems are fixed I'll post the link here of course. Take care.

So far only the FLAC files are available. I guess all other formats will follow soon. However, as noted the LMA is having some troubles lately, and being slow in processing stuff is one of those troubles.

By the way, although it had been awhile since I posted another volume in the MMMJLRA project, I have been very busy in making stuff available online as well as backing up old tapes. Those of you who also have an account over at Dime will probably know what I mean (else look for me there). Anyhow, with around 30 uploaded torrents in three months time there, you all know what I mean. I think ;-)

good work as per usual, ger.  i didn't realize that neil young dvd was yours. thanks once more.

I've been checking some of your work with other artists out.  you are quite an accomplished guy! I had never heard of micah p hinson but i like that song on his myspace.  i'll have to check him out.

Although the Live Music Archive is still having trouble, I managed to get another volume of my archive project up there!

The Magnix My Morning Jacket Live Recordings Archive Volume 32 (MMMJLRA32)

My Morning Jacket
Mercury Lounge, New York, NY
March 29, 2002

http://www.archive.org/details/mmj2002-03-29.aud.flac16

Like before, all file formats are being processed as we speak... Enjoy!
**edit: they should've been processed by now (about three hours after finishing the new entry), but haven't, one of the things not working properly right now at the LMA. I don't know what's going on over there, but for a couple weeks already, it's not as it used to be ...**
**edit2: don't download this one yet! I got a message that the md5 check failed. This is probably because the upload kept on cuttin' off, and I had to resume a couple of the files ...** update on edit2: only track 9 is incomplete, it's being uploaded right now, so it should only a matter of minutes to get things completed ... Just wait for all formats being derived. That's a good indication that all is processed correctly.

Coming up are two more NY shows, March 31 @ the Northsix in Brooklyn and the 'acoustic encore night' at the Mercury Lounge on April 1st. Stay tuned.

Magnix

Hmm, this thread is dead silent ... Not even a single response to the trouble getting the latest volume up at the LMA for you all!?!

Oh well, since I'm anyway archiving this stuff, here's another volume:

P.S. Kory, got some time to update the list at the start of this thread? Thanks!

Well I certainly appriciate it Ger!  I'm almost finished with my setlist spreadsheet covering the entire history.  I will send it to you when I'm done.  I have added a few nice little things to it as well.  Most of the source info is from your site obviously so I want to get it to you first.  It's really interesting seeing it all together how the songs developed and such.  I have 1999-2004 done and I already did the OKONOKOS tour so I should be finished soon.  Now I have to make a quick change to the newly added notes on archived shows thanks to your new 2002 addition!  I can't wait to start adding some new songs from 2008.....
I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.
