Nugs HD FLAC download problems?

I've been a big supporter of purchasing the HD FLAC live shows, but the last couple I got were only FLAC files. I've notified them of this problem and they're looking into it but haven't heard back with a resolution yet.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm very hesitant to purchase any more of the 2023 HD FLACs until I know for sure they're good.

Sucks, because I've been down for all the others in the past.

Any updates or tidbits you heard back?  I need to purchase the Fillmore downloads and wanted to get the HD if it made sense.  Don't need to blow money if it isn't discernable from standard FLAC though...
