Even though I'm all for downloading music, IMHO, I think it should musician's/artist's choice whether or not it's available for download....and yes EC, a la Wilco! :D

As for proof, this is all I can offer you - I had been logged into SoulSeek and one user had it. But he quickly flagged it as 'not shared'. My guess is the album will be easier to find in 72 hours.

did you get it before he flagged it? i'm looking on soulseek right now, and i can't find it.

Personally I can't wait for the album to come if for no other reason than ending this argument. People disagree and every now and then one of them decides to tell us why we're all dumb for not thinking exactly like them.  Can we please let it die?

the new album is really good...
i just ran into a copy from a friend...
it's the next step for this band...
it's a tough pill to swallow at first... just because initially you have this perception of what the band is "supposed" to sound like....
then you listen to the album a few more times... and realize they are better than what you think they are "supposed" to sound like... anyways... i'll let you guys make your own decisions as to what you like or hate about the album... but it's a really really good disc!
