Don't be so quick to judge the movie.  Todd Haynes is a pretty fucking brilliant director.

And Jim and Stephen Malkmus on the same album?  Stephen Malkmus opened for MMJ when I saw them last April - for $10.

Wasn't that grand? :) The crowd did NOT want to let him leave....and they left voluntarily when the Jacket were playing...sad!

I don't know what to make of this movie but I'm definitely excited about the jacket making the soundtrack.  I wonder if they'll use Tonight I'll Be Staying Here with You or something else.
