QuoteYeah, been thinking that. I don't know how to update Wikipedia, though. Do you know? If not, we'll have to ask CC Baxter or the Data Dawg, Kory. I still thought it might be helpful to have a place where we can collect all this data.

And I'll remove all the objective questions. Could someone give me some more questions?

I'll also edit some of the categories.

You'll find some good questions in this thread:
http://www.mymorningjacket.com/cgi-local/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1165251155/0

To edit wikipedia all you have to do is hit the hyperlinked text that says edit at the bottom of a section and that's it.  As I said before, you have to be a registered editor in order to create new sections but once someone creates a section that says FAQ we're good to go.  I have a feeling that someone's going to be me.

I believe the actual name of the song is "Death is My Sleazy Pay" but it is often referred to as "Death is the Easy Way" for obvious reasons.

I believe the actual name of the song is "Death is My Sleazy Pay" but it is often referred to as "Death is the Easy Way" for obvious reasons.

It's the other way round I would say.

It's "Death Is The Easy Way" on the "Little Darla Has A Treat For You v.13" various artists CD from October 1999. That same version (as "Death Is The Easy Way (demo)") is on the "Ch. 2: Learning. Early Recordings" CD from November 2004.

However, on the "At Dawn" CD and 2LP from March 2001 it's listed as "Death Is My Sleezy Pay" on the sleeve, but the lyrics that come with those releases again have "Death Is The Easy Way." I do not have that actual release myself, but I think it's also called "Death Is The Easy Way" on the "Sweatbees" Australian only compilation CD from May 2003 ...

And speaking about Wikipedia, not so long ago I have added a list of all of MMJ's releases there, and also did a few corrections and additions throughout the text. I agree that it would be the best place to have an as correct as possible FAQ about the band. Just my two cents of course.

Yo Dark, you should start a blog that will serve as the FAQ. I have some ideas if you wanna hear them on how it could be set up to work well I think. PM me if you like.

As aMD said: "No question."

Okay, so I'm a registered user at Wikipedia now.

I started the FAQ section, compiled some questions, and began answering them.  I could still answer more of them but I'm about done tonight.

If you have any suggestions let me know, or hell, just change it yourself.  To edit just click the hyperlinked text the says "edit" by the heading "Frequently Asked Questions".  The formatting is entirely straightforward.

Thanks for picking up my slack, AMD. I had good intentions of doing it here, but shit got hectic with me for a couple of months and this became less of a priority.

NOW, I still want to count the number of times that someone comes here and asks who that is on "it's been a great 3 or 4 years" or "what is that electronic thing that Jim plays at solo shows?".  :)

HAHA!  At least now we can just copy and paste the answers rather than typing it back out again!  Feel free to help me out with the FAQ as it is far from done.

What are some unrecorded songs we've heard? I'm having trouble with that. Does it include Early Recordings or not?
In another time, in another place, in another face

Yeah, I don't know about that question either.  I'm think about cutting that one.  Because there are completely unreleased tracks, their are unreleased tracks that have been played live, there are tracks on comps or on rare EPs, then there are the early recordings.  Yeah, that one's gone.
