I don't think they mean "sleeve" in the conventional sense. I bet we get the cardboard packaging (environmentally friendly) with autographs either in the inside (eyeballs) or front. Just a guess.

So, has anyone gotten their pre-order yet?  Mine gets here tomorrow.  Good ol' standard shipping takes a whole week to go across country.

It looks like you can still get the autographed sleeve if you order from fye.com.

Received the pre-order but no dice. I believe the autographed sleeve gets shipped seperately and might take about 5-6 weeks.... bummer!  I was getting ready to be overly surprised...

I guess no peanut butter pudding surprise yet...  :(

I think it's a pretty safe guarantee. They'll probably remove the offer once they've hit their number of copies sold. I know I'll be pissed if I don't get mine.

Did it come in the mail?  I mean, was it in a regular envelope or could it possibly be confused as junk mail and thrown away by someone who might not know the importance of the contents?  Just asking.  :-/

it's  a small minilla envelope that has a fye logo.
