Okonokos DVD on a computer?

I have tried to play this DVD on 3 separate computers, under several players. Each time it plays in slow motion with white noise. It plays fine on a regular DVD player. Has anyone even heard of this? Is it some kind of copy protection? The loading part of the DVD has regular sound, as does the menu, but when you play it it is quite effed up.

mine's fine. What program are you using? if windows media player is acting up try downloading VLC media player

Windows and Real, on my laptop, desktop, and work computer. I will try your recommendation, thanks...........It works!
