UK shows?

Any chance of MMJ coming to the UK soon? Saw them last time they played Manchester. They blew my socks off and I've been waiting in vain for their return ever since.

They will never go to to Europe ever again!  ;)
Just speculating here, but it would make sense for them to be setting up for a European tour soon.  Since E-town comes out in the Fall and they'll probably want to be home for that, it would make sense for them to go to Europe in July, perhaps.  
But then again, I don't know what the hell I'm talking about.

I think it would make more sense for them to go to the UK next summer, or spring.  Wait until Z is released and do the North American thing, and then go overseas...  Over"zzzz"s.  heh.

I don't think they're coming this year. Don't have any inside information but the summer shows were advertised much earlier than this last year. I'd love to be proved wrong but I've just got a feeling it's not to be this year.

The fact that ccbaxter hasn't contributed to this thread tells you all you need to know about the likelihood of a MMJ UK tour this side of the autumnal equinox. :'(

ofcourse they will start touring in and outside the us once the album is out.
where and when they play the UK I honestly don't know yet.
could be september, could be march, could be somewhere inbetween.

The billboard article that is linked on the Music page says that MMJ will be in Japan in late July and Jim will be doing a solo set at the Newport Folk Fest in August.  So maybe they'll run amok in Europe on their way to Japan
BTW, how come everyone is the world knows about upcoming Jacket shows that are unofficial.  If Billboard and the Newport Folk Fest website confirms that Jim will be there, why is there no mention of it on the shows page?
