It looks to me like that's a straight up 12 pack coke case standard style, then some 12 pack mt. dew "fridge Packs" with some sort of oragami shit going on with them.  If someone can decipher this folding technique and post detailed visual instructions that would be great.  Meg?

Yeah, that doesn't look like straight origame to me.  There is definitely cutting involved there, and it's possibly a labour intensive activity, and I would assume it involves some sort of bonding cohesive, like glue.

It's beyond my capabilities.  :(

Those paper hats that EC was talking about would work if we could figure out how to add horns.  I was just thinking paper hats because we could keep them in our pockets until we needed them.  Imagine the band's surprise if a lot of us threw those on when they started Into the Woods.  Sweet.

Okay.  Save your paper towel rolls.  hmmm... maybe not.  What can work for a horn...  Well, it will be Thanksgiving, so there should be multitudes of cornucopias hanging about... maybe just glue them on and spray paint them.

This site has a regular ol' viking hat for $4.95 and a "deluxe" hat for $12.95. You can get a case of the deluxe ones for pretty cheap. Maybe one of you could pony up and get people to pay you for them when you meet up before the show.
Then you'd all have matching hats.
