Harry Dean Stanton

Hello, I've grabbed so many shows from various sources over the years, and I can't find the one I'm looking for.  I don't know if it's a MMJ show or a Jim James show, but at one point he starts talking about his baby blue guitar.  I think it's going out of tune.  Anyway, he mentions that this will probably be the last show with his baby blue guitar.  For some reason, I just remember that this particular recording of this particular song (the funny thing is, I don't even remember which song it is) really hits home.  If you've heard the show, you'll know what I'm talking about despite my less than ideal description.  Does this ring a bell with anyone?

Thanks,

Harry

It makes sense.  That's generally a pretty good day for a show.  :)

Now where in the world have I seen that guitar before?  Does anybody know the details about it?

(holy shit i am having huge deja vu right now...  weeeeird...)

I saw the same guitar on the mtv show "There and Back" the show where the guy from O-Town is trying to become a pop rock star.  That's right, somehow "Angel" stumbled upon Jim's old guitar.   That guys wife is pregnant and stuff and he's trying to record his debut rock record.  Get this, she's supposed to be on bed rest and she gets up in the morning and goes out to get coffe for THREE HOURS without telling anyone.......it was some serious D-R-A-M-A.  But Ashley wrote a song about it, so it all turned out ok.  Plus, in this one episode he sold the import version of the O Town cd to this woman for like 50 cents at his garrage sale and autographed it for her.
There's Still Time.........
