i was able to get one at the Louisville Palace show last June...otherwise...no idea!

I ordered one  on ebay through winnco.com a while back. After about 3 months they finally told me it was discontinued and sent my money back, you might want to check before you actually send money, call first or something, it was a major bummer for me.
