"Other bands used a voluminous sound to fill the space between the buildings and Lake Michigan, such as My Morning Jacket, perhaps the band most nimbly riding the line between the festival's dueling alt-rock and jamband tendencies. Given that MMJ have a lot of festival experience (including playing a show in this very same park roughly a month prior), it was no surprise to find Jim James' reverb-soaked voice gorgeously rippling over the grounds on such sunset-epics as "Wordless Chorus". Less soothing but equally large-scale were big-stage sets from the Raconteurs and Wolfmother, bands that, with their heavy riffing and shameless solos, couldn't help sounding like hour-long beer commercials, which isn't necessarily an insult for a festival with a Bud Light stage."

I was tamed by rock and roll
I was maimed by rock and roll
Got my name from rock and roll"

I'm just really impressed that, out of all those reviews, "Southern Fried" was used only once.

They're finally getting somewhere!! ::)
