their manager said the tix in the public on-sale will be the tix in the first 35 rows that weren't sold in the first pre-sale.

we NEED to know this b/c i dont want to buy crappy tix on Thur. when i could get better tix on Fri.!!!

I would suggest familiarizing yourself with the seating chart, getting online Thursday and see what you get.  You can reserve tickets without hitting the final "pay" button and decide if they are worth snatching up.  If not, come back Friday.

I'm not sure why they would have 2 pre-sales launch at the same time.  But I guess since two different promoters are sponsoring the pre-sales, the each have their own allotment of tix to control with their individual passwords.
