I have a query concerning the Louisville show...

Hi there. Ordered my tickets for the Louisville Waterfront Park show through ticketmaster. As I'm from outside the US, the tickets will have to be collected from the "venue box office". Now from studying the maps on the Waterfront Park website, I'm none the wiser as to where this box office is supposed to be. I've emailed them but no reply as of yet.

The production simple site says tickets for the gig are available to purchase from the Slugger Field box office.

Basically, anyone from the area who's been to the venue before have any idea whatsoever?

The concert is being held in a public park. As such, there is no permanent structure. I would assume a will call window will be created near the main gate.

If not, another possibility could be that they make you pick them up at the ball park. Its just across the street from where they will most likely be setting up the gate and closing off the park.
