To everybody who stuck with us through two failed attempts to broadcast My Morning Jacket - Live at Radio City Music Hall, we sincerely thank you. And as a thank-you, we thought we'd say to hell with rescheduling the show - we'll just run it all day this Friday. Hence the new name, MMJ: Morning Noon & Night. We're gonna hit play on the tape (well, the file marked mmj_6-20-08.wav) when we come in on Friday morning and leave it on until 3am.
And for anybody in the New York City area, get yourself to the nearest HD Radio and tune it to 102.7HD2, it's going to sound outstanding.

I forgot about this, it is on today!!!!  And I am getting goosebumps listening to Lay Low.   And I can't wait to hear Steam Engine, since three women decided to chit chat during it right at the part where he was running up the risers.

You won't.  This is the same copy that was aired last time on the other radio stream omitting large chunks of the show.  What a fucking joke to hype something up for so long, have massive problems and still not deliver on there promise.    :'(

I find it hard to believe that they don't have the whole thing.  It just doesn't make sense.  Thats two different radio stations now that have shafted us advertising that they are playing the whole show and then chop it into little itty bits.  So disappointed.   :'(

Huh...maybe they can't legally play the copies of certain songs due to an upcoming official release...I would hope that there is a sound reason.

perhaps the songs were ommitted b/c of technical issues with the recording.  might be where they had problems before.

i didn't get a chance to listen to a show start to finish, and was wondering how i kept missing the same songs.   ;D

also:  had to bail out of listening to the show at home so i could eat dinner.  i've learned that i can't eat and listen to live mmj.  ;D

trust me, its the same recording that was aired last time, those songs were cut intentionally.
