Posters 2008 Summer/Fall Tour

Why do the artists do these posters in such weird sizes? I want to frame my poster and it's going to cost a lot to get a custom frame. Anyone have any thoughts or recommendations on framing? I've got the Milwaukee poster.

Well I fancy myself a bit of a poster geek!  In the past few years I've been doing all of my own framing and it's so much cheaper than taking it to a framer.  I use www.americanframe.com, you can upload the image of the poster to the site and play around with frame and matte choices and see what looks good.  Let me know if you have any questions, more than willing to try and help you out.   Easily half the price (usually more) than having it framed professionally.

I ordered one poster, 98 Dollars (shipping to Germany included) is a lot of money, but it is great artwork!
I have already Bonnaroo and RCMH 1st edition from Guy B.

I was excited to see a different poster for the Columbus show as I didn't like the Evil Urges one. That is until I clicked on the link, it is even worse!

Posters for this tour have been hit or miss. Some are really good and some are just dreadful.

i think the Columbus poster from Farm Barn is sweet!! i just got mine in the mail today... it's not only a limited edition of 100, but is also signed by the artist. on top of that they sent me a free Iron & Wine concert poster from earlier in the summer that is also a limited edition and signed as well. fantastic service by these guys- it arrived in two days. Highly recommended  :D :D :D

i just got the Guy Burwell Red Rocks poster in the mail...and I have got to say, it looks 10 times better in person than it did online.. and that is saying something!

Anxiously awaiting delivery of the Berkeley Pinata poster.  Didn't pick one up at the show because my husband saw it first and was lukewarm on it.

Decided I'd rather ask for forgiveness than ask for permission and ordered it.  Will be putting it in the bedroom.  Ha!   ::)
