Haven't heard it. Didn't even know that happened, actually. But I couldn't imagine that sucking unless something extremely, extremely shitty happened to me that day.

Haven't heard it. Didn't even know that happened, actually. But I couldn't imagine that sucking unless something extremely, extremely shitty happened to me that day.

Indeed, there's a long story behind the suckage of that show.  But simply put, there was a bad vibe in the place; it was half-full while people were begging to get inside, and the people who were lucky enough to get inside were more interested in one-upping each other with their superfan stories, getting into fights over their place on the rail, and literally trampling people to get posters than actually, ya know, seeing the show.  

It was an extremely hot day (95+, I think) and some people had been waiting on the hot sidewalk since 7 am; I think that must have contributed to their sour mood.  I have been in some disgruntled concert crowds, and this was the worst; such a shame.  It definitely put a damper on what could have been a really cool experience.  

But I'm confident that we would not have this problem with MMJ fans, since they're the best fans in the world.   :)

I think 3 people have joined since Mickey started this thread...whatever happened to the guy who was trying to get his house fixed up.....anybody heard from him again? It's so funny how many people sign up just to GAIN something....your pathetic....just like when they go on a new tour, a new flock of buzzards come to roost only momentarily....and yes I am pissed off that I wont be at the Whigs show in Athens tonight >:(

Dude, get over it. New member doesn't necessarily mean new fan. I just joined to "gain" cool info about my favorite band and maybe make a few new friends along the way. Sorry if you take issue with that. I come in peace. I think you should just chill, Homie.
