I'd like to hear Steam Engine just because I've never heard it live. But if they played Dondante i wouldn't exactly complain.

Now if they played neither...

Solid set.  Steam Engine, FINALLY!!  But no Dondante and again nothing from Tennessee Fire or At Dawn.

I wouldn't be surprised if Dondante and Steam Engine are two songs they plan on switching in and out of the set with each other. Kind of makes sense in a way.
The fact that they aren't playing a lot from TTF and AD could be that they have relied on that material for a long time and may feel disconnected from it. They have frequently stated in interviews that they don't want to make the same album twice which to me means that they will never be stagnant in their music and there will probably be shows/weeks/months ect where we don't see a lot of the songs they used to play at almost every show. Look at a band like Pearl Jam and how they have changed what and how they play over the years. Over time they have brought back old songs they didn't play for a while and when that happened people were more excited than ever to see them being performed live.
I would love to go to a show a hear tons of TTF and AD but those days could over, at least for now. Then again i didn't think they would play any MoF as a band and I was obviously dead wrong on that. I just can't fuckin wait to rock my ass off at Sasquatch to whatever songs they play!
The fact that my heart's beating,
Is all the proof you need

Well, I am not complaining.  At least, they are back out on the road again!!

QuoteNot far off JYY.  Did I read the set list correct?  They swapped Steam Engine for Dondante? :-?

I don't know whether to celebrate or cry over this...  :o

Okay, who called it?  Steam Engine!  Why couldn't it have been at least one of the three shows I saw?  And His Masters Voice.  That's a surprise.  The rest, not so much.  And is One Big Holdaway about wrestling?

Yes, I believe he sings about being a Jerichoholic, and putting someone in a Liontamer...  ;D

And, apparently, I was correct.
