On Tuesday, October 12th, My Morning Jacket will perform on The Late Show with David Letterman, and then play an exclusive performance for fans on Live On Letterman. Win your chance to see My Morning Jacket in the intimate setting of the Ed Sullivan Theatre in New York City following the taping of The Late Show with David Letterman on October 12th. The Live on Letterman concert event will be webcast live on Tuesday, October 12th at 8pm ET / 5pm PT at CBS.com, and you can be one of the lucky few fans to be there in person.

Figured it was something like that. If you win just don't respond within 24 hours and the tix go back into the drawing.
