Yes! Stumptown in the Ace Hotel. There is also a Stumptown Roaster/Tasting Room in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

-Gimme Coffee in Nolita and Williamsburg
-Blue Bottle in Williamsburg
-Gorilla Coffee in Park Slope
-Joe The Art of Coffee - numerous locations

pretty much any neighborhood you are in, there will be good coffee to be had.

Still one of my favorite "small world" moments.  You literally blew my friend away!  She was overjoyed to see someone outside our circle of friends sporting the ba-ba-bananas shirt!
I am in Brooklyn, and up for some hanging out.  While I have some friends to visit, I am solo for a few days until AJ arrives in time for the last 3 shows.

my two favorites are other music (4th b/n broadway and lex) and generation records (thompson b/n bleecker and west 3rd). you can dump some serious change in those two shops.
