Not Eating All Day

I don't know why I do it to myself. Every day I go without breakfast and lunch and then don't end up eating until about 7:30 PM. I'm literally STARVING right now and its only 9:00. I tried eating breakfast a few times last month and got into a little routine, but I quickly fell out of it and I'm back to my old habits. What are your eating patterns like? I eat once a day, and I eat a shitload. Not healthy :(

go with granola/ceral bars in the morning.  It only takes two seconds to open the wrapper.  no excuses.

I know...you're right, but I think a granola bar would only make me MORE hungry...it would whet my appetite

Why don't you pack yourself some snacks?

i guess i could, but snacks make me more hungry. they don't really curb my appetite...i'd rather just drink a ton of water

Why don't you pack snacks AND proper meals?  Then you could eat all day?  Why don't you order a pizza?  Why don't you make 80 hot dogs and then just use them when you need them?

i only eat two meals a day.  i have to get up at 6:30 to go to school and am never hungry during that time. today i skipped though and was fairly hungry.
