hahaha that´s a classic  ;D
i´ll try to translate a few things.
here some quotes:

"aahhh i wanna play unreal tournament!!!"

"start the fuckin game"

"STAAAART THE FUCKIN GAME, YOU FUCKIN SON OF A BITCH"

"i won´t say it again. GO!"

(he throws a few things off his desk and says "Go away!"

"oh my god....what happened!!!?? i wanna play unreal!"

(guy is dancing) "UUUAAAAHHH. quickstart. yeah. let´s go! let´s gooo. let´s goooooo"

"Play. you wanker. play unreal tournament with lan (??)"

"it´s loading, it´s loading! i don´t want it loading. when it´s loading you always have to wait so long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"think positive!"

"It starts!! höhöhöhöhö ahahahaha it´s starting! wah son of a bitch. yeah i killed him!!!"

"You son of a bitch, i will kill you."

(he smashes the keyboard) "aaaaahhhhh i lost. uah uah uah"

and now my favorite quote:
