I just read that Rob Zombie is going to remake the original Halloween movie.  Actually he said it would be totally different.  I'm a fan of the original movie and would hate this if anyone else was doing it but I think he will do a pretty good job.  Any other Halloween fan's out there?
If you don't know for yourself, how could you ever know for me....

Well if he's going to remake it, there'd have to be some major changes.

He'd think a simple knife isn't gory enough.  It would have to be replaced with a chainsaw, or possibly a wood chipper.

There would also have to be way more nudity, so instead of the movie being set in Haddonfield, it would now be set in a porno studio.  A SATANIC porno studio.  Yes, now it's coming into place.

Hm...any other Rob Zombie changes that would have to be made? ;)

I heard Rob's next project is going to be an animated movie.  something like "the adventures of super beasto"
Sittin' here with me and mine.  All wrapped up in a bottle of wine.

There would have to be some form of deformed redneck who likes the taste of blood, too.

I appreciate Rob Zombie as an artist. I like some of his older music and I think his movies are decent. I thought Devil's Rejects, while gross, was a pretty good horror movie. I think he has a good imagination and could come up with some pretty sick shit.
I totally agree with the redneck who likes blood. All of his psycho characters are white trash.
With all the diasappointing remakes lately I bet he would probably be on the best people to remake such a classic.
I would go and see it.  :)
