Does anyone know how to get ahold of that Hotel Roy release from 1997 that was discussed in said article?  I'd love to hear that.  I went to grade school with Alex (guitar), and later went to the same high school as him and the bassist, John Carswell. Jim obviously went there too but he was a couple years ahead of us.

In any case, I'd love to hear this.

I'm pretty sure it would be cool if it were out of print, but I'm not sure that it is.  You could call Ear Xtacy and see if they can get you a copy.  I ordered mine from them not too long ago (within the last year, I think).  If they can't get, I'd say it's OOP.

OOP I would say is fair game unless they have plans to re-release it in the future.  I just assumed it was unavailable though, and didn't even think about checking Ear-X-Tacy.  If it's still available there or from other sources then yeah, it's probably not kosher to share it.

I haven't seen a copy there in at least two years. I check back all the time so folks can quit buying it from ebay for 40 bucks... it was only 8 in the store.
