actually, in my current state, that's the last thing i should be making fun of. i should probably be ordering some immediately.

whothrewthecake

the pineapple juice powder element intrigues me

EC

hahahaha.
it's kind of like a clamato budweiser, only it's green, and it isn't beer.
i'm pretty sure you would totally like it because you're a hippie like me, stop trying to pretend otherwise.  i know that you know what kamut is.  i've seen your kitchen.

fitzcarraldo

i'll take that recipe, sean!  i love quinoa - it's quick, it's cheap, it's easy, it's tasty, it's got the most protein of any grain.  it truly rules with a vengeance.

now, back to the vital g's.  i've been taking it for almost two weeks now.  and everything's running noticeably smoother, IF YOU CATCH MY DRIFT.  i noticed that my eyes are really puffy every morning, but i think that's because the stuff is making the toxins release.

wow.
that's way more water than i usually use.  i usually do a 1 to 1 ratio.  maybe that's why my belly isn't always happy with the quinoa...  thank you sean!! x

sounds like you took the activia challenge--

naked juice's mega green is about the same i think-i drink a bottle a week (anything more you'll never be able to leave the house if YOU know what i mean) also boathouse farms has a green one shake i buy too...spirulina, wheat grass, all that good stuff:-)
but come on...there's nothing sexy about poop. Nothing.  -bbill

spirulina is algae - but it's extremely high in protein and other nutrients.  it's got chlorophyll in it (green), and other stuff.

what's the activia challenge, pennylane from the city of new york? :)

just start eating activia in the morning---and you'll have no more questions! (it's from the activia commercial?) my friends and i have all taken the activia challenge--maybe you should, too-sounds like it's right up your alley (every morning for 2 weeks lol)

boathouse farms--i checked the label this weekend--it's called 'green goodness' and it's the equivalent of the  'green machine'

Been there done that with the activia - have you tried kefir?  I pretty much live on probiotics nowadays, those are my savior -f%$king doctors

I've got to find that quinoa clip - sean!

I heard an interview with mmj (its posted somewhere on here) about jim's songwriting & he was playing  song & patrick picked up the beat by shaking a box of polenta

EC

pennylane, you quote ayn rand!!!!!  :)

i don't watch tv, so i don't know about this challenge.  but i, too, LOVE probiotics.  i love me some bio-K.  sometimes i can't afford to have the stuff that i really like, so i'll just eat organic saurkraut (very high in probiotics).

so anyhow, i'm really loving the vital greens.  they're making me feel good in this winter.
anybody tried them yet?

p.s.  i love the boathouse smoothies - the green one is really great.  i also love the happy planet green juices - not sure if you get those in the states, although, actually, yes you do, i had one in texas.
