Although, I'm currently no longer "powered by bourbon" (long story involving medications), but some really killer Brazilian....coffee.

Cool pictures on that website.  Random question.  Do coffee fields smell like coffee?  I know that sounds ridiculous but is it the roasting of the beans that brings out the aroma or does it always smell like that?  Anyone know?

I'm thinking it's the beans being roasted that makes that coffee "smell", kinda like tobacco plants smell a certain way and the actual product smoked smells much different.

Which reminds me, one of Amelia's favorite words right now is "stink".  I can get her to laugh for hours if I just say "stink" once...
