From my experience, One Big Holiday (Conan) and Gideon (Letterman) are the best bets.

OBH on Conan is what got me into them. I was iffy about the vocals when I first heard them a long time ago, but after seeing that video, it hit me how goddamn talented they are. And I've been in love ever since.
