I'm so late to this, but I am obsessed with Californication. Just finished Season 3.
The ending was incredible, the music is awesome (obviously)..the action phenomenal. It's crazy. So sold on this, can't wait to see Season 4.

I think I bailed after season 2, but because I didnt have Showtime for awhile and didnt want to start watching 4 without 3. Thought season 2 was every bit as good as one, if not better, thanks to the Ashby character. Of course Duchovny is great, but the bald guy's wife is the unsung greatness of the show.

You're right. Marcy is a foul-mouthed little vixen. Love all the Rick Springfield and Kathleen Turner in Season 3!

Season 4 is probably my second favorite season after season 1.
That's motherfuckin' John Oates!

Season 4 may be my favorite television series of all time. The Trinity Killer story arc is fantastic!
Homer no function beer well without.

I've been watching Eastbound and Down for the last couple days. I love Danny McBride's character; I wish more athletes were like Kenny Powers.

Ever watched the original Aussie series? It's better. Aussie series co-creator Jason Gann reprises his Wilfred role for the US version.

I'm late to the game on this one, but damn I love True Blood. It's great, except that this season Tara is seriously starting to get on my nerves with her maudlin crap... and I am pissed that my pretty Pam is rotting and that Bill is being a huge d-bag. I can't wait for the next episode. What's up with Lafayette and that ghost chick? Is Jess going to survive? I must know these things. Now.

ohhhh- that explains why Wilfred has an Australian accent..nope, never seen! a lot of times that humor doesn't translate--i'm not huge on Elijah Wood in that role, but the one liners Wilfred drops are pretty stellar..

The original won lots of acclaim and awards. It focuses more on Wilfred's life. I never had a problem with humour from most countries in regards to translating. Funny is funny. However, I did have my hands full when I was younger watching lots of British shows such as Rising Damp, Not the Nine O'Clock News and The Young Ones.

Tonight's episode of Louie was great.  They can call this episode "Emmy".  Look for it on FX On Demand.  Click below for a preview.

on demand? shit son, do you need a direct link? get with this cowboy shit son.  the episode was great.  literally great.  I've never seen such an honest look at that USO tour bullshit where the comedians/entertainers fly in and then they fly right out.  the show really is one of the most realistic sitcoms I've ever seen, if not these most.  I think it's got the edge on curb your enthusiasm because with curb you know it's the seinfield'y type deal but Louie it's all over the place.  his youngest daughter is so fucking hilarious.

Finally watched this and loved it! Got through Season 1 in almost one night, I couldn't stop watching. At times I had to look away though, wow. Katey Sagal and Ron Perlman are stellar.
