QuoteIs the second series of Extras out on dvd already?

Haven't been able to find it in shops here.

It's out. I had it in my hands yesterday in Toronto. I believe it's been out for a number of weeks or even a month. Although I believe K, that Sergio isn't from the Uk or North America, so it may not be available in Belgium just yet. Oh well, there's always Tintin  ;)

Seriously can't believe it's been out for so long in the UK and Canada and hasn't been released over here... What might the reason be? Oh well, I could go through all Tintin albums again while waiting.

QuoteI just got Peep Show Series 1, 2 & 3 on DVD - hilarious!!!

I watched all 3 DVDs this week, this show is brilliant!
Highly recomended for fans of The Office & Curb etc (a US version of the show was at one point going to be written & directed by Robert Weide, an executive producer of Curb)

God will forgive them. He'll forgive them and allow them into Heaven.....I can't live with that.

I normally try to add a few new shows each year. I don't watch Chuck - I went with Reaper instead (Buffy meets Scooby Doo). Pushing Daisies is really good.

Steve Coogan's Saxondale, Sean Lock's 15 Storeys http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0354262/ & ER Season 7.

Nope, far from legal. I have been reading consumer reports of sites like these and some people get the dvds while others just get charged for them. I don't think I'll take the chance.

Unless, someone on here has the complete 4 seasons of Ed... ;)

Peep Show Season 4 arrived in the post yesterday! This is one of the funniest shows I've ever seen...it really is that good!!!

God will forgive them. He'll forgive them and allow them into Heaven.....I can't live with that.

The Wire: Season 3 complete.  How can it keep getting better and better?!  It's unbelievable great.  Can't wait for my season 4 to arrive and hopefully I'll be all caught up in time for the premiere of the final season.

megisnotreal

i really wish the writer's strike would be resolved. i don't understand why the writers aren't getting the money for which they're asking. i mean, the episodes of these shows would not exist without the writers to, you know, WRITE them.

sure, it is nice to see classic christmas specials on the major networks, but what are they going to do when xmas is over? it pisses me off b/c even the reruns the networks are showing were written by wga members.

and on a selfish note, they better get on this shit before february, ok? i kind of need to see lost.

Jaimoe

8 Lost episodes are in the can. They only planned on making 16 this year and air them in straight through without a break or repeats.

mjkoehler

The new plan is to air the 8 canned eps. Once the Strike is over, make the final 8 and air them next season with the 16 they were planning for that season to make it a full season of 24 eps.

dammit all to hell that is too long of a wait to get answers. Hell, but that time all of the cast members will have been popped for DUI.

Meg- We ALL want you to be able to watch Kate. :o

Jaimoe

I love the new Battlestar Galactica: Razor movie. I watched the unrated and extended DVD a couple of days ago. You don't have to know the series to enjoy the film.

Anyone catch the No Reservations holiday special with Queens of the Stone Age?  It was on Monday on the travel channel.  They were wearing christmas sweaters and singing christmas songs.  Perhaps the best television ever.
I'm not saying it's easy...walking into sweet oblivion.

Yep. Laughed me ass off as the sweaters were so Cosbyesque. Plus I loved his normal not so sublte jabs at several celebrity chef's.

So good.  Just like The Office Special there was laughter and tears on my part.
