Last night, in typical fashion, my Taco Bell got my order wrong AGAIN, only to give me something better. Sweet.

ooooohhh could you throw the hungry public some deets?

Ordered a soft taco and got a Grilled Chicken Burrito.

Hmmm, a slight upgrade, but if it had been a Beef Baja Chalupa, it would have been like getting bumped into First Class.

I'm still proud of the fact that, at age 44, I've yet to eat at a Taco Bell.  Came close once, but never happened.  Its not that I have anything against the place, just never happened.  Some of their stuff looks good, but the meat hose is a turn off, and I like meat so you'd think a meat hose would be something I'd install in the house or something.

The fact that my heart's beating is all the proof you need.

DO IT! But if you choose to home-install, do not forget the accessories:

2 TS Minced Garlic
20 Peeled and despined shrimp
Hearts of Romaine Salad (pick out and use the soft green leaves)
Mexican Style 4-cheese shredded cheese

Sautee 20 peeled and despined shrimp in Salt, Pepper, and Minced Garlic in a large cooking pan on medium heat. Flip and stir the shrimp occasionally until just past being slightly pink in color.

In a different pan, place an italian herbs and cheese flavored tortilla on medium-high heat. Add lettuce, shrimp, and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Once the cheese has melted, fold the tortilla in half and press down with a spatula for about a minute.

Cut, and enjoy!

Don't get me wrong: I can make some goodass homemade mexican treats. I prefer my homemade cuisine to fast food... There are moments, however (and alcohol is usually involved) when I just want to "run to the border."

That's a fried pie! (yum)

Agreed, meg, drunkeness is pretty much a prerequisite for any run to the border for me.
