Thanks for your kind words. It is his family that needs the love, strength, and support of the universe right now. I can't imagine the pain his mom is suffering.

I love living in NH, as my favorite sport after football is politics.  However, driving home today, I saw a woman putting up what appeared to be the 100th Rick Santorum sign along the main road through town.  I almost ran her over, but had my girls in the car and didn't want to scar them.

This place gets sick with signage, like some idiot is thinking, "Who should I vote for?  Why, there's a sign... I guess I'll vote for him."  I understand name recognition and whatnot, and love the access I've had to presidential candidates my whole life (Walter Mondale, John Glenn, and others stayed at our house growing up; met both Clintons; worked for John Edwards; etc.).

I just hate the signs, and its just beginning...

This. I hate those signs, too!! I understand showing support, but these political signs drive me INSANE! The worst is when there will be multiple signs from the same candidate clustered in a small area. "Oooooh, we have 12 signs in this 2x2 foot plot of grass...we have this election in the bag!!"

And you're right...just beginning.

Don't waste your time running over Santorum's sign hanger-upper, just run over Santorum. Is that awful? Should I not say that on the interwebs?

I won't tell.  I might just have to take a picture, as you describe exactly what I'm talking about... dozens of the same goddamn sign, and they're all identical Santorum signs!  I feel like I'm in Hell.

I think you're OK as long as you're not texting this while driving with Santorum walking in a cross walk ahead of you. Then, you might be in trouble.

I inherited my wife's little iPod Nano and just want to put some music on the fucker.  That's all.  Simple.  Right?

I love itunes and have had a mac for several years. I find it fairly simple, what problems are you experiencing?

I've since calmed down.  I just wanted to add the small amount of music to this old Nano and find iTunes ridiculously counterintuitive.  I figured it out, but nothing I do on the computer, at least related to listening to music that I own, shoud be this frustrating.  You said it up top, "have had a mac for several years."  So iTunes probably makes sense to you.  I'd love an iPhone or iTouch, but for the fact that they're Apple products.

EDIT: Nevermind... too much personal shit for here. Don't mind me  :-\

I cannot lay on my back without wanting to violently hurl. I have no idea what the hell is causing this. Trying to change the oil and work underneath the car proved bad today. I might need to have this looked into. Thankfully I prefer to sleep on my stomach and side or else I wouldn't sleep at all.  :-\

I always had PC, and even MP3 players that weren't iPods. Then I bought a Macbook 4 years ago and now I will swear by Macs 100% for all of time. Sometimes I feel like a cheater for even playing my xbox 360. I'm a proud owner of a Macbook Pro, Mac Mini, iPhone 4, iPad2, and iPod Classic. Basically, the only thing I spend more money on than concerts/records/mmj is Apple products. I would skip out on an iPod Touch, honestly. I don't see any point in owning one of those instead of the iPhone - its pretty much a gameboy that holds a small amount of music. iPod Classics make much more sense for music, in my opinion. Also the iPhone 5 rumors are insane and thats what I'm going to look forward too after red rocks.

1000% agree on this. It's a little harder to fill a 160GB than I thought it would be.

Bad things happening to good people.
I know life ain't fair and all...but it just can be too much sometimes.

This is probably the dumbest thing that has ever happened to me: I burned my esophagus on a chicken nugget. Straight up Momma Cass shit; I know. The back of my throat and tongue are burnt. I guess that's what happens when you eat hot fried foods. Lesson learned. It still hurts like a bitch, though.

On another note, I have been bummed out lately. I can't seem to find a reason why, as my life is pretty rad. My self-esteem is at an all-time low. I want to cry, and it sucks. I started taking a multivitamin, because I thought it might be an imbalance in my body. I still feel overwhelmingly depressed. Does anyone else ever feel this way?
