So fucking exhausted right now and feel like absolute shite, but it's from my own doing. In honor of my work buds running the Go St Louis Marathon tomorrow, I ran my own little half marathon today. Got 13.1 miles in today. Not a record breaking time, but I'm fine with it. In addition, I finally mulched the area around our grape vines surrounding our patio. Looks smashing now, and it's much easier to mow the area. Time for steaks, and beer. Yes this is all a "Joy". I'm strange.

The tree in the background is an eastern redbud.  We have one but it's almost dead.  We're thinking of replacing it this year.

We actually have two as the city cut one out as it was on an easment when they put in paved roads (yes paved roads) and I had to cut another down as it was dead. Lovely trees.
