Matt posted this Jeff The Brotherhood song at his blog. I really like it. The video creeps me out a bit. Anytime there is the suggestion of a speculum, I tend to get the shivers.

Derek Trucks - "Layla/Jam" July 4th 1993

I saw Derek a year before this joining the Allmans for a few songs including "Southbound". Warren beamed from ear to ear.

Trucks was a heavy touring pro well before he was a teenager.

Yeah, the original is a classic. I like suped-up raw blues, so both work well for me.
