Interesting.  Not exactly how I envisioned this so called "wild card" but I think it's alright.    It has horns and non member backing vocals so does this mean more Bo vocal sampling live?  I think so.

It fits the description reported by RS but Amazon lists it as being 4 mins 19 secs so it has time to shapeshift into some interesting places. I like it based on the 30 sec clip, I bet it'll be released Monday.

i saw this post from my cell phone as i was coming in from being outside working in the yard.. my desktop computer was a non option as the wireless mouse battery was dead.. i came up and kicked off my dirt covered flip flops and landed on my bed with my laptop and fired up the sample.. since i wanted the full surround sound effect i laid my face straight down as close to the keyboard and right between my laptop speakers.. by 10 seconds into the preview i had my nose pressing down on the "H" key and i was all sprawled out and getting dirt in my bed..

fuck now i have to go wash my sheets   ;D ;D

Track #1 "circuital" released on Tuesday for record store day.
Track #2 "holdin on to black metal" as first official single on April 26.

I bet it will be the first two songs played at hangout...

Wow! Classic MMJ. Reminds me a bit of Masterplan, but that Just Dropped In (To See What Condition My Condition Was In) comparison is great.

this is perfect mmj. a old sound that attracted me to them 10 short years ago. i cant wait for circuital! jim, tommy, pat, bo and carl- you make the best music and i am counting down the days until may 31st!

The production of this goes back to ISM, which excites me.  This album is going to have an old meets new vibe, me thinks. I posted on some thread here a long time ago that this album is going to be like "it still moves, but not". I think I may have been right. Which is cool, because I'm never right about anything.

that is a sweet ass cover.  way better than the evil urges cover art.  haven't listened to the 30second clip, nor will I.  waiting for the full effect for this album.  this one is going to be big.  in a couple months all your friends who have been MMJ deniers will slowly be showing new found affection for the band.  The naysayers will flock when Circuital is released, prepare yourselves.

Have to agree with this. I'm desperately hoping for a Dondante type song that will blow our brains right out our skulls when perfromed live

I wonder if we're going to get a full album announcement on Tuesday, complete with album art and a tracklist. After all, it is the countdown to Circuital, not just a song from Circuital... unless that song just happens to be Circuital  ;).
