Exclusive: My Morning Jacket Perform 'Golden' on VH1's 'Storytellers'


In this exclusive clip from My Morning Jacket's forthcoming appearance on VH1's Storytellers, frontman Jim James explains how his grandmother's concern about the band playing a lot of bars in the early days of their career inspired "Golden," a lovely folk rock ballad from their 2003 album It Still Moves. The band's full performance on Storytellers will premiere on Friday, June 3rd at 11p.m. on VH1. Rolling Stone will be premiering a song from each new episode of Storytellers this season, so keep a look out for new clips from Cee Lo Green, Kings of Leon, Death Cab For Cutie and more.
