So with the record release show being filmed for video release.......any chance that this could be the "Live Box Set" that they were talking about? It would make much more sense than all 5 Terminal 5 shows (though I still hope they are released someday). Having a 3+ hour show with a lot of new material may be what they want on the forthcoming live box set.

If there's been some update on the boxset and what it will be then my mistake....I just thought of this.

or they'll play all of the new album plus b-sides and will be added to the t-5 set. that would be nice.

I get what you're saying. It makes a good deal of sense. But I honestly don't believe they would have released T5 polished tracks if it wasn't the live box set that they mentioned. That would be too great of a tease for anyone to handle

I really hope the live box set is not just the 5/31 show. That would be disappointing to me. That isn't to say I wouldn't buy it but I really am hoping some type of archive release that digs through their entire career.

One show does not constitute a box set.

I also don't think they would have discussed a forthcoming live box set if said release was from a yet-to-be played show.  I'm sure they would need to give the show(s) a listen before deciding if the music and quality of recordings were good enough to be released.  It's gotta be some form of a T5 release.

I was going to say that too. The deluxe Circuital package isn't going to come with 4 downloads that won't even exist when its released. Guys look, its t5. The real question here is if its going to be all of it or not. (Im leaning towards not, but who knows.)

If (please, when) T5 is released as a multi-lp boxed set, it will be worth the cost.

If it is T5 I really hope they include the encore portions because imo those contained some of the best parts. Especially the AT Dawn encore with the full Cobra.

I have already been assured by the gods that the full version of Cobra from T5 must be included on the live box set, because if it's not, well...it would be an affront to them, is all.

That would make one awesome side of an lp.  Next thing to contemplate is what color vinyl will the T5 box set be?   ::)    Wishful thinking possibly but a man can dream, right?

i'm putting my money on it being a digital box set or a CD's only... Okonokos was 4 records...
Has there ever been a 20 LP box set aside from some beatles full on studio albums shit?
Or maybe they'll just have the album tracks and skip the extras and b-sides. That'd make a box set of records more like 10.
I mean, i'd love it but damn, that's a lot of records and therefore a lot of money.
say okonokos was $30 right? $150 isn't unreal for a set of vinyl... i've seen Bob Dylan 4 disc sets go for more.

If its not the whole thing, I think it'll be selected songs with covers and b sides included, but not the full shows. As long as it includes Masterplan, how the gods kill and honest man ill be happy.

It'd be nice if it was T5 + the upcoming Palace/Circuital show.

This band has so much GREAT live material they could release a box set with 100 records and it would kill!
